Rhya is an elf and one of the ten apostles of Sephirah. He was reincarnated as a human as a member of the Third Eye of the Eye of the Midnight Sun. One day, Rhya shows Licht her grimoire and tells him about her imitation magic, joking that it is as empty as he is, Licht instead remarks that Rhya and her magic are kind. The day before Licht and Tetia's wedding, Rhya is late to attend, but after the wedding, the human royals enact the massacre of the elven tribe.
